  • All course instructors are qualified security consultants having worked in the security industry for decades, both in Ireland and abroad.
  • Terry Conlon is our training Director, with 20 years experience in the security industry both in operations & training, Terry is a qualified security industry trainer, manual handling instructor, fire instructor & world host facilitator. Terry is the lead trainer for this program.

This course is ideal for any member of staff that has day-to-day interaction with customers – whether they’re an assistant, supervisor, department head or director.

It’s also relevant to staff in non-customer-facing roles; many of our clients report that the training improves internal communication well as across front-line customer service.

Assessment

Theory test, followed by a practical assessment of customer services.

Refresher Training And Certification Validity Period

Refresher training is recommended at intervals not greater than 3 years.
